my personal experience.
My passion for cleaning began at the age of 16 and quickly developed into a career. I used to work as a cleaner in a school, where I gained over three years of professional experience. Alongside this, I have experience cleaning pubs and restaurants over recent months as well as previous domestic cleaning work giving me a well rounded understanding of both commercial and residential environments.

Do you work outside your work hours?
our work hours are 8am-5/5:30pm. appointments outside these hours may be available on request and are subject to availability.
Do you do regular cleaning?
yes, we offer both regular and one off cleaning and can be scheduled daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly services.
Can I customise my cleaning services?
absolutely. every clean can be tailored to your preferences through our client preference form.
What is your cancellation policy?
we ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling or your deposit will be lost.
Do you follow health & safety regulations?
yes. all cleans are carried out with health & safety requirements including COSHH guidelines and risk assessments tailored to each site.

yes we ensure the property is clean, refreshed, welcoming with careful attention to detail so guests arrive to a calm polished space.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. as long as access is arranged, we are happy to clean while you are away.
do you change beds and refresh sleeping areas?
Yes. beds are neatly made and sleeping areas are refreshed.
What if I’m not satisfied with the clean?
your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, please let us know so we can address it promptly.
