- We may charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
- We may charge the full service cost for missed appointments without notice.
Pricing & Payment Policy
- Prices depend on the service requested as well as the overall condition of the property. Therefore, we create a customised quote that accurately reflects the work required.
- We create quotes using the information you provide at the time of booking. However, if we find that the property’s condition differs upon arrival, then we may adjust the quote so that it reflects the actual level of cleaning required.
- You must pay on the day we complete the service. However, we can agree on alternative arrangements in advance, provided that you confirm this before the appointment.
- We issue an invoice for every service and clearly outline labour, cleaning products used, as well as any additional costs. For example, parking fees or travel expenses may apply where relevant. As a result, you receive full transparency for every booking.
